October promises to be a busy month. We have several days of mediation in the first week of October, a hearing in Meridian on October 12, a custody trial in Brandon on October 18 and another mediation on October 27. As always, we will send two of our team members to each event, but other team members are always available to respond.
Soccer playoffs will be the first week of October. Lets hope JA reaches the finals on Saturday!
Mark’s 16 year old daughter, Carly, is a starter on the varsity and was featured last month by the Clarion-Ledger as “the female athlete of the week.” |

Mark to Boston: Mark has participated for over 15 years in a practice management coaching collegium which meets three times a year to discuss ways to improve service to family law clients. This October 13-16, Mark will be in Boston for this meeting. The meeting will be a unique meeting held at the Society of St. John’s Monastery in Cambridge, with the topic being “listening.”
Chad had a bout with West Nile. Fortunately Chad is a very strong young man and seems to have fully recovered after spending a week in the hospital and a week at home recuperating. Go out and buy the proper mosquito repellant!!
We will be closed for Columbus Day October 10, because all courts and banks will be closed and this makes it difficult for us to effectively transact business.
Reception: Our firm believes in personal service. We have invested in a telephone system which allows access to all of our team members and which allows for voice mail messages. Judy is semi-retired and works each morning. If you call and wish to speak to a particular person and they are unavailable, you may either leave a voice mail or ask to speak with someone else. |
