Mark Chinn has received the highest "AV Preeminent" rating with a perfect "5 out of 5" score from Martindale-Hubbell. The AV rating is a significant accomplishment in that only 12% of all the attorneys in the world have been awarded the designation. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings help buyers of legal services identify, evaluate and select the most appropriate lawyer for a specific task at hand.

  • SPECIAL REPORT: (This is so good, we have to run it again!) Matthew Thompson has received an exclusive “Preeminent AV Rating” in Family Law by Martindale-Hubbell publishers. Only 12% of the lawyers in the entire USA receive this distinction. It is the most respective distinction among the legal profession. Mark Chinn, also an AV rated lawyer for the last 20 years, stated, “We are extremely proud of Matthew. In my experience, selection of a lawyer with less than 10 years experience is unprecedented. This is a great testament to Matthew’s unique abilities and his dedication to his craft.”
 
     
  • PRESENTATIONS: Mark presented to the Mississippi Bar Family Law Section on May 27, 2011.

  • TELEVISION APPEARANCES: Mark appeared again on Fox 40 and Friends on May 26 and spoke on the topic of child support. He will appear again on June 30 at around 7:30 in the morning.

  • TRIALS: Our firm will be in trial on the following dates in June: 1-2, 17 and 28.
 
     
  • Keith Isbell will be celebrating his 5th anniversary with the firm this month. Keith is the office manager and manages our technology, Mark’s written and video blogs, web site design and case management systems. Keith is the baby of our firm in terms of service. We are proud that our staff averages 10 years of service at this point in time. Long tenure leads to great service to clients.

  • SOCCER: Conley’s soccer team finished the year with two tournament victories and a third place finish in the State Cup. Conely is third from the left, standing.
