 Divorce Magazine provides complimentary monthly seminars for people going through divorce. This is a great resource for anyone in this situation. This month's seminar focuses on the subject "Collaborative Divorce Process -- divorce respectfully without going to court." It will be Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 7pm Central Time. - Mark will appear again as a guest legal analyst on the new Fox40 and Friends on April 28 at 7:30 a.m. on local channel 6. In March, he appeared and spoke on the topic of mediation. You can view them here.
- Mark will present to the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project on the topic of the initial client interview on April 20, 2011. Mark served as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law on March 30, on the topic of his book, The Constructive Divorce.

- Mark has begun consulting with other lawyers on the topics of implementing value pricing and social networking. Mark and office manager Keith Isbell have put together a consulting package on attorney web site design and social networking.
