  • Mark announces the publication of his third American Bar Association book on Family Law called, Forms, Checklists and Procedures for the Family Lawyer. This book is a testament to the entire Chinn team who has used these procedures and refined them to create excellent, efficient, and consistent service to our clients. We believe it will be a contribution to lawyers throughout the country. It is available for purchase through ababooks.org.

  • The last two months have been about the busiest our firm has ever experienced from a litigation standpoint. We are grateful to our clients for their patience as we tried to juggle this hectic schedule.

  • Columbus Day: Our office will be closed October 11, 2010 for Columbus Day.

  • Mark has two blogs, one written and the other video. A lawyer from Texas has nominated the blogs for recognition by the American Bar Association as one of the top 100 lawyer blogs. Lets cross our fingers to see if we can achieve that recognition!!
