FIRM NEWS

  • Happy New Year from the entire team!
We have a very busy month in january with trials and several Mediations
    .

  • Mark was featured in the December issue of The Mississpi Lawyer with his article entitled The Constructive Divorce.

  • Mark was featured in The Jackson Free Press in December as a "Person of the Day." Here is a link to view the article which features Mark's book The Constructive Divorce.

  • We want to remind you that we have launched a special mediation program spearheaded by Patricia Williams called WorkItOutMS where people can directly retain our firm to solve any family law issue without the need of participation of lawyers. This program is designed to respond to the current economic climate and provide a cost effective and efficient service. This is for people who need a divorce or have a modification or contempt issue but can see past the expensive and destructive "pound of flesh" attitude long enough to agree to mediation. If you know of a couple who might qualify, have them call Chad King at 601-813-5500.

  • As always, we close with our commitment to service to our clients. We are available to you any time you are in need by text or phone to our cell phones which are:
