| F I R M N E W S |
- Mark and Chad have placed the final touches on Mark’s third ABA book entitled Forms, Checklists and Procedures for the Family Lawyer. This book should be published on the bookshelves by September 1.
- Mark will participate in the Mississippi Bar’s Professionalism Program directed and entering law students at Mississippi College. Mark will be one of a select group of Judges and lawyers who will meet personally with new admittees for two hours and discuss issues pertaining to ethics, professionalism and honor of the profession of law.
- We have another busy month in front of us with mediations and trials. Mark will be in Starkville on August 9. Matthew and Chad will be trying a case in Columbus on August 17 and 18, and Mark will be trying one in Biloxi August 17 and 18.
- Check us out on YouTube! Mark has started a YouTube channel with videos in the theme of "A Litigator's Rules for Life." Check back every week for a new video!.
- On a personal note, Mark will depart with his 15 year old daughter Carly for Memphis on August 13 for a two day tournament pitting Varsity soccer teams from several states in a pre season practice tournament. As a Freshman last year, Carly had two assists and the final goal in a 3-0 win over Jackson Prep in the State Championship game last year.
