FIRM NEWS

  • August was a very successful month for Chinn & Associates. Mark participated in a Professionalism Program for incoming students at Mississippi College School of Law. Both Mark and Matthew delivered presentations at seminars.
  • Peggy Earwood, our bookkeeper is celebrating 13 years of service with Chinn & Associates On October 1st. Our team has really built up some “longevity” which enhances our teamwork and our service.
  • Mark has started a legal blog. Recent topics have included, “The Signs of Adultery,” “What To Do When You Think Your Spouse is Cheating,” and “Prenuptial Agreements.” The most recent blog on Prenuptial Agreements was picked up by a local blogger and commented favorably. You can look for Mark’s blog at least once a week, usually on Mondays. The blog may be accessed at http://markchinn.blogspot.com.
  • September will be a busy month for Chinn & Associates with two matters set for several days of trial. On a personal standpoint, school has started and Mark will be attending soccer games and tournaments for his two daughters, Carly and Conley, who remain at home.
  • August has brought some beautiful, “fall like days,” and we wish everyone a great September!!
