FIRM NEWS

  • Mark was honored to have his article entitled, “The Constructive Divorce” featured in the most recent edition of The Mississippi Lawyer, the official magazine of The Mississippi Bar. The article contains a brief overview of the philosophy and techniques discussed in detail in Mark’s book by the same title which was published by the American Bar Association. The article can be viewed at www.chinnandassociates.com. The book may be purchased from www.ababooks.org.
  • Mark is also pleased to announce that the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, has accepted Mark’s third book for publication. The book, yet to be titled, contains forms, procedures, and checklists for the family lawyer. Publication is expected as the first of the year in 2010.
  • Mark will be presenting at a “webinar” sponsored by the American Bar Association, Family Law Section on November 18, 2009.
  • Mark would also like to invite everyone to look for his daughter, Courtney’s store, Mosaic, in the center of the mall at Mistletoe Market Place from November 5 to 7. Courtney is an artist who makes her own style of pottery and also sells interior design products for the home.
  • Mary Anne Lefoldt, our client financial specialist, is very involved with The McClean Fletcher Center. There will be dedication of their new building on November 18, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.at 12 Northtown Drive, Jackson, Ms.
  • Our offices will close to celebrate Thanksgiving at noon on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 and reopen the following Monday morning. Happy Thanksgiving!!
  • As always, our team members are available to our valued clients every waking hour by text or cell phone or email. All of our team members have remote access to our firm case management center and all of our team members listed below have 24 hour per day access to texts and emails to the office.
