Mark A. Chinn

Mark A. Chinn, who founded the firm in 1988, is an AV rated lawyer, who has dedicated his practice to assisting people with divorce. He is one of nine lawyers in Mississippi accepted for publication in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of Family Law, and one of four lawyers from Jackson, MS, to be selected for Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers in the field of Family Law. He is the recipient of the Award of Merit from the Mississippi Bar for distinguished service to the Bar and the Public and he is Certified as a Civil Trial Expert by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Patricia Ruth Williams

Patricia Ruth Williams joined the firm in April of 2002. She is a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi and a 1992 graduate of Florida State University with a major in English and a minor in Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1995. Patricia is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is also a member of the Mississippi and Hinds County Bar Associations. She has completed training in mediation and is listed on the approved mediators list of the Supreme Court of the State of Mississippi.
Dar Kenya Washington Waller

Dar Kenya Washington Waller is a 1996 graduate of Jackson State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1999. Since that time, she has obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Belhaven College. She has worked for the North and Central Mississippi Legal Services, the State Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Medicaid and has engaged in private practice in Jackson, Mississippi. Dar Kenya is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and was inducted into the 100 Black Women of Jackson in August 2002. She currently resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with her husband, Sean, son, Dylan and daughter Sydnie.

Matthew Thompson

William Matthew Thompson, Sr., joined the firm in October 2005. Prior to this, Matthew was a clerk with the firm for over two years while he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law. Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University. Matthew is a native of Greenwood and Madison, Mississippi. Matthew is married to Karen and they have two children, Will and Claire.
